How are your items made?
All items are made completely by hand, with the aid of a sewing machine when neccessary!

Plushio wants you to have a safe transaction and all payments are dealt with through Paypal. With PayPal you can have peace of mind. You can easily set up an account at Paypal.com. if not then we also offer the choice to enter your card details which is also done securely through Paypal at checkout.

All designs are original and unique to Plushio. They are designed by Natasha Craig (professional modelmaker and founder of Plushio!) All design are copyright to Plushio please see Terms and Conditions.

Do you do wholesale?

Postage and Packaging is added on automatically when you check out. Plushio offers a flat rate of £2.50 for all items and for the smaller items (mini plush) £1.99 this covers the U.K and Europe.
Please get in touch for mutiple purchase discounts and anywhere outside of Europe and U.K. for a postage quote. Although we endeavour to get your items to you quickly please allow 3-7days for delivery.

What are the toys made from?

All the plush toys are made from quality felt or fleece. Each item may have some features attached with industry standard fabric glue but most features are sewen in place for added security.
